DECEMBER 19, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell and Vice-Chairman Osiadacz. <br />Excused: Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning <br />Official; Dora Van Epps, Fiscal Analyst; Heidi Childs, Fiscal Analyst; <br />Kay Kresge, Fiscal Analyst; Kathy Jurgens, Finance Manager; and 2 <br />members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES – NONE <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS - NONE <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners presented Kathy Jurgens, Finance <br />Manager with a plaque recognizing her for over 38 years of dedicated <br />service to Kittitas County. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairman Jewell noted there was an item added to Administrative Matters <br />and that the item under Board Discussion & Decision had been removed <br />from the Agenda. Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Agenda, as <br />amended. Chairman Jewell seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Chairman Jewell seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
