DECEMBER 18, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz. Absent: Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jim Goeben, IT <br />Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD INFORMATION TECH. <br /> <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director requested direction on what the Board’s <br />intentions were for the Records Management training. He explained <br />that there have been some questions around whether or not Staff who <br />don’t deal directly with Public Disclosure would need to attend, for <br />example the Citizens Advisory Patrol.
