07/24/2017 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 10:00 A.M. JULY 24, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager & Tim Egan, <br />Assistant Maintenance Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Tim Egan, Assistant Maintenance Director indicated that the Permit <br />Center has not had the lock upgrade done and half of the equipment <br />for the upgrade has been purchased. He stated that the remaining <br />parts will cost approximately $5,000.00. <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager & Tim <br />Egan, Assistant Maintenance Director stated that she checked with <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager and the funds are in the Permit <br />Center Reserve Fund.
