JUNE 15, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING FULCRUM/PSA – KITTITAS CO. COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:30 p.m. Chairman Jewell opened a Special Meeting to consider a <br />Professional Services Agreement with Fulcrum Environmental <br />Consulting. <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager <br />presented the Board with a Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and Fulcrum Environmental to provide inspections on <br />units at the Shady Brook Mobile Home Park (see Exhibit “A”). <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FULCRUM/KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Board signature on a <br />Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Fulcrum <br />Environmental, noting the cost was not to exceed $1,450.00 per unit. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
