FEBRUARY 6, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell & Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless, <br />Budget and Finance Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD AUDITOR <br /> <br />Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Director presented the Board with the <br />Department of Commerce Grantee Closeout Performance Report for <br />Community Development Block Grant Contract No. 15-62210-008. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien stated that he would be recusing himself from <br />the discussion or any potential action. <br /> <br />GRANT CDBG 15-62210-008 AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize Chairman Paul Jewell’s <br />signature on the Dept. of Commerce CDBG Contract No. 15-62210-00, <br />noting the project period from 1/1/2015 – 6/30/2016. Chairman Jewell <br />seconded.
