NOVEMBER 8, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien; Vice-Chairman Paul <br />Jewell & Laura Osiadacz Commissioner. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; and 2 members of the <br />public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING MIDSTATE AVIATION LEASE PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 11:30 a.m. Chairman O’Brien opened a Special Meeting to consider <br />an assignment of Lease from Midstate Aviation to Central Washington <br />University. <br /> <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director, reviewed the history of the <br />request and said they have been working with Midstate Aviation and <br />Central Washington University over the past few months, working on <br />completing the proposed lease assignment. He said over the next <br />year, various Fixed Base Operator services are anticipated to <br />transfer from Midstate to Central and Staff will work with them to <br />ensure no loss of overall service package delivery to airport users. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-146 MIDSTATE AVIATION LEASE PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-146, <br />Midstate Aviation Lease Assignment to Central Washington University, <br />subject to terms and conditions described in the Lease Assignment <br />and Sale of Leasehold Improvements Agreement. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded.
