Commissioner Jewell moved to approved resolution 2016-077, Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the <br />motion, and the motion passed 3-0. <br />Board Direction: Approved and signed resolution 2016-077. <br />Affirm Staff's Grant Submittal Reauest for FEMA CTP Whiskev Creek Floodplain Modeline Proiect. <br />_Mark stated FEMA has a program called CTP and explained how the program works with the County. Mark stated the grant <br />to FEMA is for $50,000 for an evaluation of Currier Creek. Mark stated he would like to look at Whiskey Creek as part of the <br />application. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Support Staff in Neerotiatine an Alternate Proiect with FEMA Settline Rineer Loop November Flood Damage Claim: <br />Mark explained the Ringer Loop project with FEMA to the Board. Mark stated the road embankment wild be rebuilt and <br />explained the process. There was discussion on how this project will affect the railroad. j <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Other Business- Re -tasking Safety Grant between Westside Road and Huntzineer Road: <br />Mark explained what the grant initially covered and explained why there is a re -tasked design for Westside Road. Mark asked <br />for a categorical exemption to bid Westside Road to complete that project. Mark stated the Board will need to make this an <br />action item to approve. <br />Board Direction: None. <br />Executive Session: <br />Executive Session was called to order at 2:25 pm. Commissioner O'Brien asked for 15 minutes. At 2:40 pm executive <br />session was stopped and an additional 10 minutes was requested.
