The Board approved the request. Jacobs Contract Change Request.- Mark equest.Mark gave a brief history on the original contract and stated that $5,000 is out of the management reserve leaving $23,000. Paul stated it is not uncommon to transfer funds between tasks. Mark stated as long as the money does not exceed the original total, funds can be transferred within the contract. Board Direction: Move forward with change request. Public Facilities Draft Fundine Aereement: Mark stated he reworked the lodging tax funding proposed document for 2016. Mark stated they will be funding the Chamber of Commerce and Bathroom in Cle Elum. Mark stated he spoke to the Conference of Governments (COG) about projects that could be fully funded and will be sending COG new score sheets and other projects. Commissioner O'Brien stated each entity was represented at COG and the performance contract was accepted by the COG group. There was discussion on reserve funds, current projects, and emergency funds that could be used. There was discussion of the order of the exhibits and what should be within the exhibits. Commissioner Berndt recommended that our Prosecuting Attorney review the agreement. Board Direction: Have PA review the agreement. Kittitas Countp Conservation District Coleman Creek Siphon Mark explained the project is to remove irrigation water from Coleman Creek. Mark stated the District has awarded a contract and do not have any money left. Mark stated the County is to offer up $85,000 in reserve funds for this project. Mark stated he would like to enter an interlocal agreement with the Conservation District. There was discussion on the agreement and edits that should be made. Mark stated he will present a resolution. Board Direction: None. Other Business- Fared Based Operator Services at Bowers Mark presented the Board with the current agreement with Midstate Aviation. Mark stated Exhibit B is to be replaced and that they will look at services annually. Mark stated he will bring this back at the next study session.
