AUGUST 29, 2016 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Vice-Chairman Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Manager; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Mickey Webb, <br />Event Center Director and 1 member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor provided a draft Resolution for the <br />Boards consideration declaring official intent regarding expenditure <br />for the purchase of Shady Acres Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2016-110 SHADY ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2016-110, <br />Declaring Official Intent Regarding Expenditure for the Purchase of <br />Shady Acres Mobile Home Park and to Authorize the Chair to sign <br />Closing Documents. Chairman O’Brien seconded.
