She indicated that the Sales Tax Revenues through May <br />are up slightly more than last year. She reviewed the current status <br />of building permits; General Fund Investment Interest; General Fund <br />Expenditures versus Revenues; Employer Retirement Rates for PERS; <br />Statement of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balance – <br />Budget and Actual. She also gave an update on the bond projects <br />including the jail repairs, jail pod, Upper District Court and the <br />Armory building. It was noted that the budget retreat will be held <br />on July 20, 2011 at the Kittitas County Fairgrounds with a barbecue <br />lunch being cooked by the Board of County Commissioners. Although <br />the retreat will be scheduled for all day however, it may not last <br />the entire time. Kirk Holmes, Public Works Director, announced the <br />Commissioners had formed a Flood Task Force committee and he would <br />like to add that to the agenda for the retreat. <br />
