APRIL 16, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Housing <br />Authority Commissioners: Nicalee Smith, Rob Perkins, Carol <br />Miller Rhodes (via telephone); Katie Haggin, Interim Executive <br />Director of the Housing Authority. HopeSource Representatives: <br />Craig Kelly, John Raymond & Susan Grindle, HopeSource Executive <br />Director; Nancy Goodloe, City of Ellensburg Housing Authority; <br />Jennifer Ellis, Housing Authority Attorney and 2 members of the <br />public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING HOUSING AUTHORITY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:00 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting continued <br />from April 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. to discuss plans with the <br />Kittitas County Housing Authority for housing projects in <br />Ellensburg and Cle Elum. <br /> <br />Chairman Wright stated that the last meeting there were some <br />questions outstanding and this time was set up to allow for <br />further clarification and discussion to take place. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith indicated that his questions had been <br />answered over the past week and Commissioner Osiadacz stated she <br />didn’t have any further outstanding questions. <br /> <br />Chairman Wright asked clarifying questions around <br />timeline/deadline/funding options and opportunities and future <br />project plans. <br /> <br />The Housing Authority Project Contractor Jim Brawner provided <br />clarifying answers and assured the Board they would continue to <br />keep the Board updated. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 3:21 p.m. <br /> <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
