2019-05-30 MINUTES 1 COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON THURSDAY 10:00 A.M. MAY 30, 2019 Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC WORKS At 10:02 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 20 minutes to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. No action anticipated. At 10:22 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No action was taken. At 10:22 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price.
