Excused: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Gene Dana, Sheriff; Clay <br />Myers, Undersheriff; Steve Panattoni, Patrol Sergeant; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director/Interim Engineer; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; Jim <br />Goeben, IT Director; Debbie Myers, Board Clerk; Kady Porterfield, Event <br />Center Director; Darren Higashiyama, Operations Commander; and <br />approximately 20 members of the public. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wright called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director introduced Nate Hall, Service Desk Specialist; <br />Jeremy Klarich, Web Developer; Rigo Santos, Volunteer/Intern; and Issaw <br />Abraha, Volunteer/Intern. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION KATHRYN CRIMP DAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation declaring June 25, <br />2019 as “Kathryn Crimp” day in Kittitas County, and request that the <br />citizens celebrate and honor her 2A State Girls Golf Championship Title. <br />Chairman Wright seconded.
