JULY 29, 2019 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Patti Johnson, Solid <br />Waste Director/Project Manager. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION SOLID WASTE <br />At 11:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No action <br />was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:15 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
