JULY 17, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jim Brawner, <br />HA Project Coordinator; Ethan Pacewiczh, Real Estate Developer & <br />Brawner & Co.; via telephone - Allison C. Schwartzman, Foster Pepper <br />PLLC; Jeff Nave, Foster Pepper PLLC; Jennifer Ellis, Housing <br />Authority Executive Director and one member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING HOUSING AUTHORITY UPDATE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to receive an <br />update from the Housing Authority regarding the Kittitas RAD <br />Affordable Housing Portfolio LLLP. <br /> <br />Allison C. Schwartzman, Foster Pepper PLLC gave background on the <br />process and explained what types of projects are eligible for <br />funding with the low income housing tax credit.
