JULY 08, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending July 3, 2019 (due to holiday). <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT HAHC – AMY MAYO COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to appoint Amy Mayo to the Kittitas <br />County Homelessness & Affordable Housing Committee, for a two year <br />term effective immediately and ending 12/31/2020; and to authorize <br />Chair’s signature on a letter of appointment. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of July 8, 2019 they would <br />post on their Facebook the BoCC Deputy Clerk I opening in their <br />office; The Tracy Lawrence Video with a thank you to all the <br />volunteers as well as that the County has received their responses <br />from qualified candidates for the Airport Consultant and are scoring <br />them. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES
