AUGUST 14, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director/Interim County Engineer and Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 4:30 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price.
