08/19/2019 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. AUGUST 19, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Laura <br />Osiadacz, Commissioner. Excused: Chairman, Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Kady <br />Porterfield, KVEC Director; Kay Kresge, Financial Analyst. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Kady Porterfield, KVEC Director requested the Board to authorize her <br />to purchase the CDS Nissan pickup for the Event Center to use. She <br />stated that they are asking $7,000.00 and since the Event Center has <br />very limited access to working vehicles she felt this was a good <br />purchase. <br /> <br />The Board approved the request and directed Staff to work with the <br />Auditors Office to do a Budget Amendment. <br /> <br />The Board provided Ms. Porterfield a listing of KRD surplus <br />equipment that will be at the sale and encouraged her to reach out <br />to KRD if anything looked like it could be used at the KVEC. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Cory Wright, Chairman <br />
