SEPTEMBER 9, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board & Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 6, 2019. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION LETTER/POLICY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board discussed the lack of consistency with Departments that <br />have turnover and then Staff not making sure their new Staff is <br />aware that they are to upload all supporting documents to their <br />Agenda’s on-line, for the public review in advance. There was <br />discussion on whether to make it a policy, as well as putting some <br />things on CAMAS in Agenderator as reminders/check boxes. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated that he would draft a letter for Board <br />signature for consideration at a later date. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of September 9, 2019 they <br />would share on their Facebook the new Legacy Washington Exhibit from
