SEPTEMBER 16, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board & Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 13, 2019. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT THOMAS LONG – AAC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair <br />signature on a letter appointing Thomas Long for a 3 year term on <br />the Airport Advisory Committee effective immediately and expiring <br />12/31/2021, noting he is completing a former member’s term. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER STATE AUDITOR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair <br />signature on a letter to the Washington State Auditor’s Office <br />regarding an Amendment to Engagement Letter dated 8/19/19, amending <br />the amount of Audit Expense for an additional $4,010.00. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
