SEPTEMBER 23, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman, Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith. Excused: Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Amy Cziske, <br />Treasurer; Lisa Murray, Admin. Assistant-TR; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD TREASURER <br /> <br />Amy Cziske, Treasurer presented the Board with a Software License <br />Agreement with Balanced Action (CashTax). She stated she had <br />Prosecutor review and has brought Jim Goeben, IT Director into the <br />discussions and they are making plans of how to proceed going <br />forward. She stated that this is an effort to get them through this <br />interim phase as CashTax is going away and as they work to bring on <br />a new application. <br /> <br />She stated there is no payment due until 2020. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT BALANCED ACTION TREASURER <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board <br />signature on a Software License Agreement with Balanced Action <br />(CashTax) as presented. Chairman Wright seconded.
