SEPTEMBER 30, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board I and Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers. No PAF’s were provided by HR for this meeting. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 27, 2019. <br /> <br />REQUEST LETTER DIRECTING ASSESSOR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer requested <br />the Board to consider directing the Assessor to set rates for the <br />Flood Control Zone Dist., Levy Rate. He reviewed options for the <br />Board to consider rate increases. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize a letter from <br />the Board directing the County Assessor Mike Hougardy to set the <br />levy rate for the proposed annual budget for the Flood Control Zone <br />Dist.
