OCTOBER 14, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 11, 2019. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION 2020 DEPARTMENT GOALS 18-19 ACCOMPLISHMENTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board discussed their 2020 Department Goals as well as 2018-2019 <br />Accomplishments for Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board to include in <br />her Budget Narrative. <br /> <br />REQUEST PURCHASE CHAIRS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board requested the Board’s permission <br />to purchase approximately 14 chairs to replace the swivel chairs in <br />the BoCC Conference Room & Auditorium. She stated they are over 20 <br />years old and more and more of them are breaking. The Board agreed <br />it was more than time to replace them and directed Ms. Kjorsvik to <br />bring back a Budget Amendment. <br /> <br />REQUEST TABLE CLOTH COMMISSIONERS
