OCTOBER 21, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 18, 2019. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT LUCY TEMPLE - UCTTF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to appoint and authorize Chair <br />signature on a letter of appointment to Lucy Temple (replacing <br />Steven Harper) on the Upper County Traffic Task Force (UCTTF). <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST MONITOR IN AUDITORIUM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board approved the request to replace the monitor whether it’s <br />by replacing it with a new monitor or a used monitor.
