12/30/2019 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONER’S AUDITORIUM SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 2:00 P.M. DECEMBER 30, 2019 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director/Interim Engineer; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; and 8 <br />members of the public. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING AIRPORT LEASE DISCUSSION PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 2:05 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to discuss Airport <br />Leases with Public Works and Legal Counsel. <br /> <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer presented and <br />reviewed with the Board the old Airport leases and the proposed new <br />leases. The Board had the opportunity to ask Mr. Cook and Mr. Caulkins <br />questions round-table style regarding the proposed lease changes. <br /> <br />There was direction to Staff to review and revise Sections 7 and 22 of <br />the current leases.
