DECEMBER 16, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith. Excused - Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Jennifer Golladay, Fiscal Tech. II; <br />Karey Connor, Office Manager; Kady Porterfield, Event Center <br />Director; Lisa Murray, Admin. Assistant. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD TREASURER <br /> <br />Lisa Murray, Administrative Assistant (TR) gave a brief history on <br />Tax Title Parcel #524833 and the application received to purchase <br />it. She reviewed her conversation with their Deputy Prosecutor and <br />the conversation that took place between Kittitas County and Grant <br />County. She stated that the parcel is underwater and after their <br />research was complete it shows that should have been listed under <br />Grant County. She stated that Deputy Prosecutor Chris Horner <br />recommended the Board deny the request. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to deny the Application for Purchase of <br />Tax Title Property Parcel #524833. Chairman Wright seconded.
