FEBRUARY 5, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Clay Myers, <br />Sheriff; Lisa Lawrence, SW Assistant Director; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director; Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Steve <br />Panattoni, Jail Superintendent; Greg Bannister, Patrol Officer; <br />Chris Horner, DPA III. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve & authorize Chair signature <br />on an Agreement for Conveyance of Easement between Kittitas County <br />and Randy Lamb a.k.a. Triple L, LLC as presented. Commissioner <br />Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />Ms. Lawrence left the meeting. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:01 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 10 <br />minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:11 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 9:11 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
