FEBRUARY 4, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Osiadacz; <br />and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager; Amy Cziske, Treasurer; <br />Bill Davis, Jim Goeben, IT Director; Calvin Lee, Service Desk <br />Specialist; Jason Eklund, GIS Coordinator; Jesse Potts, GIS Analyst; <br />Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Mike Hougardy, Assessor; <br />Elishia Harvill, Chief Administrator; and 6 members of the public. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br />Jason Ecklund, GIS Coordinator introduced Jesse Potts as their new GIS <br />Analyst. PROCLAMATIONS PROCLAMATION WOMEN’S VOTING RIGHTS DAY COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation declaring “Women’s <br />Voting Rights Day” in Kittitas County on February 14, 2020 and <br />congratulating the League of Women Voters on its 100th Anniversary and <br />commend the League for its significant contributions to empowering <br />voters and making democracy work. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> PROCLAMATION FCCLA COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation declaring February <br />10 – February 14, 2020 as “Family, Career and Community Leaders of
