Excused: Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 31st, 2020. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT PLANNING COMMISSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to Appoint Michael Lundin to the County <br />Planning Commission Dist.#3 for a four-year term effective <br />immediately, noting his term would end 12/31/20, noting he is <br />completing a former members term. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of February 3, 2020 that they <br />would share on their Facebook an update regarding the Corona Virus <br />if the results are back; Flooding Press Release from the Sheriff’s <br />Office and the announcement of the Ground Breaking of Spurling <br />Place. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br />
