03/18/2020 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM SPECIAL MEETING <br /> MONDAY 8:00 A.M. MARCH 18, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Manager; Susan Grindle, HopeSource Executive Director; <br />Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator; and 2 members of the <br />public. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING COVID-19 HOUSING GRANT COMMISSIONERS <br />At 8:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to consider <br />a Washington State COVID-19 Outbreak Emergency Housing Grant with <br />Public Health. <br /> <br />Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator, provided information on <br />the Grant Guidelines and said Dr. Larson had approved of it. She <br />felt it was a good plan for now, but noted they did add a timeline. <br /> MOTION COVID-19 HOUSING GRANT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve accepting funds from the <br />Washington State Department of Commerce, COVID-19 Outbreak Emergency <br />Housing Grant Guidelines, dated March 15, 2020. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />At 8:12 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider matters affecting <br />national security. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 8:17 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 8:17 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider matters <br />affecting national security. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 8:32 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />
