MARCH 17, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Neil <br />Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor at 3:47 p.m. Lisa Young, HR <br />Director; Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Director joined the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:03 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 5 <br />minutes to Consider matters affecting national security. No action <br />was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:08 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 3:08 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider matters <br />affecting national security. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 3:18 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 3:18 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 42 minutes to consider matters <br />affecting national security. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 4:00 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
