<br />This call for sealed bids is for the Teanaway Road Hydraulic Improvements Phase 2: Lick Creek Culvert Replacement Project. Bids are due by April 30, 2020 at 10:00 am, at which time bids
<br />will no longer be accepted.
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />Sealed bids will be received by Kittitas County Public Works, at the reception desk located at 411 North Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington until 10:00 AM on April 30, 2020
<br />and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements.
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such
<br />bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid
<br />proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Kittitas County Public Works.

<br />The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding.

<br />This Contract provides for the improvement of North Fork Teanaway Road, at Lick Creek by roadway excavation, structure excavation, precast concrete structure installation, streambed
<br />excavation and embankment, isolation structure installation, detour construction and removal, roadway surfacing and paving, guardrail, pavement markings, traffic control, channel excavation
<br />and other work all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
