Display Advertising, based on a 6 column format: $7.62 per column inch. <br />(Note: The display rate pertains to advertising placed in the news section of the <br />newspaper, which could include (but is not limited to) special primary and general <br />election notices.) <br />'Number of days from notification by the city for publication of legal notices: 11 a.m., <br />2 working days prior. In emergency cases or special circumstances, that deadline may <br />be amended. <br />.
