KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 17th, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a Contract Between Kittitas County and HopeSource for Certain Census <br />Services <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: HopeSource was granted funding per Resolution 2019-179 for Census work. There was not a contract to co-inside with that original Resolution. This new Resolution allows for <br />BOCC and HopeSource to enter into a Professional Services Agreement based on the original scope of work from Resolution 2019-179. The Contract will cover work done from 11/01/19 and <br />cease 4/30/2020. The compensation is still the original amount of $20,000.00; $15,000 for a .5FTE position and $5,000 for supplies. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Auditor’s Office did not have a contract to process with the original resolution 2019-179.
