Four (4) RFPs <br />were received and reviewed by a designated Review Committee. The <br />most qualified proposal belonged to Paul Maurer Shows, who has been <br />offered the job of serving as the carnival operator for the 2020 and 2021 <br />Kittitas County Fair. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Event Center Staff <br /> Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approving the agreement for the Operation of Carnival <br />and Related Facilities for the annual Kittitas County Fair. <br /> <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 Original (single-sided) – Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 Original (double-sided) – Event Center Director <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, Director, Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />
