KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: January 21, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Statement of Qualifications for On- <br />call Task Order Consultants Providing Professional <br />Services to Public Works (2020 — 2023): Civil Engineering <br />Design, Structural Engineering Design, Construction <br />Management Services, Environmental Permitting Services, <br />Hydraulic and Hydrology Services and Transportation <br />Planning Services. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Public Works (PW) current roster of On-call Task Order is <br />nearing completion (January 31, 2020). PW desires <br />soliciting for a host of professional services for the 2020- <br />2023 period. PW has prepared a Statement of <br />Qualifications that is now ready for publishing. PW is <br />requesting Board of County Commission authorization to <br />issue the Statement of Qualifications. Responses from <br />qualified consultants are due February 13, 2020. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the issuance of the Statement of Qualifications as <br />requested by PW. <br />HANDLING: <br />Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Notice of publishing; Statement of Qualifications <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Mark R.
