BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2020- OCULI <br />RESOLUTION TO ALLOW KITTITAS VALLEY EVENT CENTER TO FORGIVE $337.73 <br />IN UNCOLLECTIBLE DEBT <br />WHEREAS: On behalf of the Director, the Office Manager of the Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />tracks and issues monthly statements for monies owed; and, <br />WHEREAS: Unpaid debts are sent to Evergreen Financial Services, Inc. for collection after 90 to <br />120 days of no payment; and, <br />WHEREAS: The Director and Office Manager of the Kittitas Valley Event Center have reviewed <br />the December 18, 2019 report from Evergreen Financial Services, and following consultation with <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager with the Auditor's office, have found the following accounts <br />to be uncollectible: <br />KVEC <br />05/22/2014 <br />Antonio Collier Returned Uncollectible $298.76 <br />KVEC <br />07/11/2014 <br />Angela Clemons Returned Uncollectible $38.97 <br />TOTAL $337.73 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration, does hereby forgive the unpaid debts in the amount of $337.73 as listed above payable <br />to the Kittitas Valley Event Center. <br />DATED this day of -It 1L 4_1n_ , 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />H <br />\\����u►stllllllllir�f Comm�ssi <br />x � 1F -L <br />p Clerk II <br />��f'�rUr I11 Zvi I!
