The recipient shall furnish the necessary personnel, equipment, material <br />and/or services, and/or otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of the scope of work set <br />forth herein. <br />Overall Goal: <br />The Recipient's goal is to clean up road side litter on County Roads and public lands. Educate the youth of our <br />community about litter prevention. <br />
