KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: December 312019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Interagency Agreement between Kittitas <br />County Sheriff s Office and Washington Traffic Safety Commission. <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office has worked with the Washington <br />Traffic Safety Commission in the past. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide <br />overtime funding for high visibility enforcement (HVE), traffic safety emphasis patrols <br />and related activities as outlined in Exhibit A, in support of Target Zero priorities. <br />INTERACTION: This interagency agreement was reviewed and approved by the <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Interagency Agreement between Kittitas <br />County Sheriff's Office and Washington Traffic Safety Commission. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO.
