KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 19, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an MOU between Kittitas County <br />Health Network (KCHN) and Kittitas County Sheriffs Office to collaborate in improving <br />population health. <br />BACKGROUND: This MOU sets out the terms by which organizations and individuals <br />participating in the Kittitas County Health Network (KCHN) commit to furthering the <br />mission and vision of KCHN. Their mission is to improve population health through <br />collaboration with community organizations such as KCSO and it is our intent to support <br />their mission as outline in the MOU. <br />INTERACTION: This agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge an MOU between Kittitas County <br />Health Network (KCHN) and Kittitas County Sheriffs Office to collaborate in improving <br />population health. <br />HANDLING: Sheriff s Office to provide a fully executed MOU to the BOCC upon <br />signature by KCHN. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
