Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br /> 11/19/2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Public Health <br />Administrator on Amendment 1 to the Professional Service Agreement between Walla Walla <br />County Department of Community Health and the Kittitas County Public Health Department. <br />Effective dates are 07/01/2019 to 06/30/2020. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Amendment 1 to the PSA between Walla Walla County Department of Community Health and <br />KCPHD for services relative to the Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education Program amends <br />billing information. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on October 25, 2019. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on October 30, 2019. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Public Health <br />Administrator on Amendment 1 to the Professional Service Agreement between Walla Walla <br />County Department of Community Health and the Kittitas County Public Health Department. <br />Effective dates are 07/01/2019 to 06/30/2020. <br /> <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Tristen Lamb
