KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 1, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve and <br />sign the Amended LT -2019-009 Junk-tiquen in the Burg 2019 <br />Agreement. <br />BACKGROUND: The LT -2019-009 Junk-tiquen in the Burg Agreement was approved <br />by the BOCC during the February 19, 2019 Agenda Session by <br />Resolution 2019-035. There has been some confusion on whether the <br />facility rental would be covered under operational costs or not. This <br />amendment clarifies that the Facility Rental would be reimbursable. <br />INTERACTION: In the interest of clarity, and after speaking with Becky Shirley, <br />Contractor for Junk-tiquen in the Burg, the LTAC, and County <br />Deputy Prosecutor, the Agreement was amended to add Facility <br />Rental under Section 2.f for reimbursements.
