Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 17, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the <br />Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health. (Effective dates: July 1, 2019- June 30, 2021) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Provide regional solutions and intergovernmental cooperation; prevent or minimize environmental <br />contamination through planning and project implementation; and comply with state and local solid and <br />hazardous waste management plans and laws. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 28, 2019. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 3, 2019. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the <br />Department of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health.
