Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />September 17, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the <br />Universal Agreement for Facility Use. (Effective dates: July 1, 2019- June 30, 2021.) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The purpose of this agreement is to document mutual understanding and respective obligations of the <br />parties to facilitate the successful completion of the identified project or objective. The Agreement is by <br />and between Kittitas County, and the Community partner identified in the agreement. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on August 22, 2019. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on September 3, 2019. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the <br />Universal Agreement for Facility Use.
