KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />T HIS LE ASE made and entered into this 1 sc da y o f /;it.cp l . a ; /Cj , by and <br />between K ittita s County, a municipal corpo ration acti ng by and through its duly elected <br />Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as "County", and Kittitas <br />Reclamation District hereinafter referred to as the "Lessee". <br />That the County leases to the Lessee space within an existing Kittitas County Department <br />of Public Works communications building located within the following described premises <br />in Kittitas County, Washington. <br />The northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 11, Township 19 North, Range <br />16 East, W.M., Kittitas County, State of Washington. <br />Latitude -47°09'55" <br />Longitude -120°47'20" <br />More commonly known as: Lookout Mountain Communications Building . <br />This Lease is subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set out. <br />SECTION 1 -OCCUPANCY <br />1.01 Term: <br />This lease shall be for twenty-five (25) years and shall commence on August 1, <br />2019 and terminate on July 31, 2044. <br />SECTION 2 -USE OF SITE <br />2.01 Permitted Use: <br />The nonexclusive use of the premises shall be to maintain, repair and operate <br />communications equipment only. <br />1. In the event Lessee desires to change frequencies or add units, authorization must <br />be obtained in writing from the County. Rent will be adjusted accordingly for any <br />additional units authorized. <br />2. The Lessee is hereby authorized to maintain, repair and operate one (1) unit(s) <br />within the above described premises. <br />3.
