Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />Agenda Date: August 20, 2019 <br />Action Requested: Request the Board hold a public hearing to declare County <br />surplus property to be removed from County records <br />Background: <br />Kittitas County needs to surplus equipment, as they are no longer needed. <br />Those items listed are to be: <br />1)Miscellaneous Items to be sold on PublicSurplus.com <br />2)Items to be Removed as clean up to the inventory list <br />3)Sheriff’s Boat asset # 09384 and Trailer asset# 09385 were <br />traded-in on the purchase of a new boat. <br />4)Surplusing Land Parcel #383133 to remove from the County <br />Financial records, which the Board of County Commissioners <br />has already approved. <br />On August 6, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners set a public <br />hearing to complete the removal process and allow the items to be disposed <br />on August 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm <br />Recommendation: <br />Recommend the Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution to <br />declare all items surplus which no longer have any value to the County. <br />Handling: <br />Completed Resolution to Kay Kresge <br />Lead Staff <br />Kay Kresge, Fiscal Analyst
