BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019- ) 15" <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO HOMELESS <br />HOUSING GRANT AGREEMENT HH -2018-002. <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and HopeSource had <br />previously entered into a Homeless Housing Program Grant Agreement, and <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement is a two year Agreement, the second year funding <br />being contingent upon meeting certain criteria, and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners having reviewed the <br />quarterly reports for the Agreement HH -2018-002 and having determined the required <br />criteria has been met, and <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners has previously <br />determined that the purposes of RCW 36.22.179 are consistent with the needs of certain <br />members of the Kittitas County Community, and <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners has previously <br />determined that HopeSource is a proper entity by which to carry out the purposes of <br />RCW 36.22.179, and <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners and HopeSource wish to <br />continue to cooperate in doing so, and <br />WHEREAS, amendment of HH2O18-002 to allocate the second year funding of <br />$55,212.00 plus 5% annual increase for a total of $54,822.00 as allowed by its <br />provisions will enable that cooperation, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the <br />Amendment Agreement pursuant to Section 10.8 of Grant HH2O18-001 is hereby <br />adopted upon signature by the parties. <br />RESOLUTION <br />
