In order to insure <br />the integrity of the pond liners it is necessary to hire a third party to perform liner testing. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />TRI Environmental, Prosecutors office and Solid Waste <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend Boards signature on the professional service agreement with TRI environmental. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Return signed copy. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Patti Johnson <br />
