' 1]41 <br />AGENDA DATE: May 21, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing for June 4, 2019 at 2pm to <br />consider the Vacation of Micheletto Road in Cle Elum, <br />Washington <br />BACKGROUND: Public Works is requesting the Board vacate Micheletto <br />Road due to non-use and due to the fact that the road <br />provides access to only one residence. The property owner <br />recently installed a gate eliminating the turn -around utilized <br />by maintenance crews. <br />Public Works staff has previously briefed the Board of <br />County Commissioners on this request. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for June 4, 2019 at 2pm to consider <br />the Vacation of Micheletto Road in Cle Elum, Washington. <br />HANDLING: Return one (1) copy to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook, Public Works Director <br />
