<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 16, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Service Level Agreement & Statement of Work <br />No. 1 between the Kittitas County Commissioners and the <br />State of Washington, Office of the Secretary of State, <br />Archives & Records Management Division. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Commissioners office is required to have their <br />Minutes, Ordinances and Resolutions microfilmed for <br />preservation. The original records from 2011 – 2017 are ready to <br />be transferred to the State Archives where they will be converted <br />from digital image to microfilm from scanned documents <br />performed by the Commissioners Records Clerk. The proposed <br />Agreement is in the amount of $927.96. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins (CAMAS #45932) has reviewed <br />and approved the Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve and authorize signature on the Service Level Agreement <br />OSOS No. 818K-1464 and Statement of Work No. 1 for Document <br />Preparation and Imaging Services for the 2011-2017 Kittitas <br />County Board of Commissioners Minutes, Ordinances and <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 2 originals for signature – Office of the Secretary of State, <br />Archives & Records Management Division. <br /> Upon receipt of the fully executed agreement a copy to the <br />Auditor’s Office. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Service Level Agreement OSOS No. 818K-1464 <br /> Statement of Work No. 1 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board <br /> <br />
